1 | Who is Greater Jesus Christ or the Fathe | John 14:28 | JCrichton | 124184
Part 3 of 3 Since you are well versed in the various linguistic values of the Hebrew and Greek texts, I deduce that you are well versed in the Scriptures as well… So you know well enough that Israel has only one Holy One (Yahweh) and that in the realm of man there is no one righteous (Upright) not one, so we can only conclude that Peter is talking about God: the Holy, the Just, the Righteous… the problem here is that Peter is clearly defining Jesus, Yahshua, as the Holy and Upright! Please give yourself to the Holy Spirit… allow Him to cleanse your mind and your spirit so that you may serve Yahweh as He command us to serve Him: He was still speaking when suddenly a bright cloud covered them with shadow, and suddenly from the cloud there came a voice which said, ‘This is my Son, the Beloved; he enjoys my favour. Listen to him. (Matthew 17:5) And here’s what Jesus says about Himself: The Father and I are one. (John 10:30) God Bless! Angel |

2 | Who is Greater Jesus Christ or the Fathe | John 14:28 | Frank4YAHWEH | 124958
There was one who came to Yahshua and questioned Him about righteousness and Yahshua's responce was, ... There is only One Who is Righteous, and that is Yahweh; so if you would enter into life keep the commandments. (Mattithyah [Matthew] 19:16-17, Mark 10:18; also cf. Yahchanan [John] 12:50) This is how Yahweh "commands us to serve Him". Yahshua was and is Yahweh's humble servant and NOT Yahweh our Heavenly Father and Creator. Again, as to your reference to Yahshua being one with Father Yahweh, we also can be one with Yahweh and His Son Yahshua. Because someone may be one with Yahweh and His Son Yahshua does not make them Yahweh nor does it make them Yahshua or a God, but someone in unity and agreement (one) and in servitude to Father Yahweh. You said, "here's what Yahshua (Jesus) said about Himself. This is not what Yahshua said about Himself, but what Yahshua said about His relationship with Father Yahweh. Note that He did not exclude the Father in His explaination about His oneness (unity and agreement) with Father Yahweh. Yahshua was NOT only speaking of Himself. Note the "I" (being Yahshua) and the "Father" (being Yahweh) in Yahchanan [John] 10:30. But if iot seems evil to you to serve Yahweh, then choose for yourselves at this time whom you will serve - whether the gods your fathers served on the other side of the river (Euphrates), or the gods of the Amorites, in whos land you now live; but as for ME AND MY HOUSE WE WILL SERVE YAHWEH! (Yahshua [Joshua] 24:15) I am not a God worshipper! I give all esteem (glory) to Father Yahweh just as His anonted Son Yahshua did. (cf. Yahchanan 5:30 and 8:50) As to your reference to Matthew 17:5, note that the voice from the cloud when giving reference to Yahshua did NOT say, 'This is I the Father, and I am well pleased with Myself. Listen to Me'. In reading this passage it is very clear to me that Yahshua is the Son of Father Yahweh and NOT Yahweh Himself. |
