Bible Note: Part 3 of 3 Since you are well versed in the various linguistic values of the Hebrew and Greek texts, I deduce that you are well versed in the Scriptures as well… So you know well enough that Israel has only one Holy One (Yahweh) and that in the realm of man there is no one righteous (Upright) not one, so we can only conclude that Peter is talking about God: the Holy, the Just, the Righteous… the problem here is that Peter is clearly defining Jesus, Yahshua, as the Holy and Upright! Please give yourself to the Holy Spirit… allow Him to cleanse your mind and your spirit so that you may serve Yahweh as He command us to serve Him: He was still speaking when suddenly a bright cloud covered them with shadow, and suddenly from the cloud there came a voice which said, ‘This is my Son, the Beloved; he enjoys my favour. Listen to him. (Matthew 17:5) And here’s what Jesus says about Himself: The Father and I are one. (John 10:30) God Bless! Angel |
