1 | Paul our pattern to follow, not Jesus? | Luke 24:46 | Bereaniam | 169587
Yes Mark, But wouldn't we have to assume that Jesus gave to Paul every scripture needed for the Gentiles to live a Holy, fruitful, fulfilled Christian life? Wouldn't we have to assume that some of those Gentiles never had an opportunity to know any other scriptures except those that were given to them by Paul? Today we have access to "all" of the scriptures..I do not think the Gentiles (post the resurrection) did. Don't get me wrong, I read all of the bible, and it is useful to my Christian walk and edification. I am just saying that what we will be accountable for as Gentiles is what Paul wrote. Remember Paul reiterates much of the old covenant. In Him and He in me |

2 | Paul our pattern to follow, not Jesus? | Luke 24:46 | kalos | 169614
Why would today's Gentiles be accountable only for what Paul wrote when Gentiles have had all 66 books of the Bible for well over 1,000 years? As far as I can tell, your primary questions have been asked and answered and it's time to move along. Grace to you, Kalos |
