1 | If God gave us brains, why wouldn't he w | Mark 16:16 | heisthe1 | 39910
Let me explain...assume you have the brains God gave you and the power to think, and lets assume God puts you in a room and He tells you, as long as you leave the Light on you will be able to see and not run into objects or bump into them and hurt yourself, but you don't want to follow the crowd (Christians), so you turn the Light off, and you run into objects and bump into them and you hurt yourself....now who's fault is it that you got hurt? God doesn't condemns you, you do it to yourself! Just as I have done it to myself in the past, until one day someone told me that God really Loves me and I don't have to fight Him and hurt myself any longer. I accepted Jesus into my heart and asked Him to forgive me of my sins, He turned my whole life around! Now I don't need religion, I quit trying to be good and I began to be obedient to His will (the Bible) and started doing as His Word says to do. Has it been all fun? Let me say IT IS FULFILLING! No drugs or alcohol or any other thing that I've attempted in my past has been rewarding, as it is to live for God. The answer my friend to your question is JESUS! Please read Romans 10:9-10, and remember God Loves You........so do I. God Bless |

OK... so this makes sense to someone who does not believe that Jesus is the light in a dark world HOW? |

3 | If God gave us brains, why wouldn't he w | Mark 16:16 | heisthe1 | 41887
Greetings, glad to hear from you! You ask HOW? Well, God has always demonstrated His love toward us from His creation, when He made man He said "let them rule over" and for time sake I won't go into full scripture, but God loved Man and wanted him to dominate the earth, to no other creature he said this. But through the sin of Adam we are in this situation that we now live in, Jesus came to destroy the works of the devil, that we may have Life through Him because He never failed. Now on the other hand man has always fallen short to live a worthy life, "there is way that seems right unto man, but the ways thereof are the ways of death", Proverbs 14:12. In all of man's good efforts we hurt ourselves, in relationships, trust, carreers, and etc., that is why he wants us to acknowledge him in all of our ways, so he can direct our path, Proverbs 3:6. Finally my friend, if there was another way to live this life I would be doing it, but there isn't, Jesus is the way, the truth and the life, John 14:6. I have done everything that the world had to offer and my life was a total wreck. Was God calling me? yes. Did he want me to avoid all that mess? yes. I don't know if I was agnostic, stubborn or whatever, all I know is that my life wasn't complete, it is now! My friend God is knocking on your door and I pray that you will respond to his calling, you are not here on this forum by accident, you have a devine appointment with God, and I pray that you will invite Jesus in to your life, ask Him to forgive you of your sins and be the Lord and Savior of your life. He will give you what you been looking for all of your life. He has a work for you to do, that only you can do, as it says in Ephesians 2:10. Now you can be an extension of His hand reaching out to a lost and dying world. You will understand what others have been saying, as I also now know since August 26, 2000. I pray this information will stir you up and you will respond, God loves you and so do I. |
