1 | How does God judge and who? | Obad 1:16 | CDBJ | 211172 | ||
Hello BJ, I don’t know of any sins that we have to be obedient to per your question. “what sins people don't have to worry about being obedient to” We as Christians must be obedient to God’s Word or we will find ourselves out of fellowship which leads to the following action. Ephes. 4:30 And grieve not the holy Spirit of God, whereby ye are sealed unto the day of redemption. 1 Thes. 5:19 Quench not the Spirit. CDBJ |

Thanks. I suspect you didn't follow the thread. I made the statement that men are supposed to resist temptation. Others are claiming that men don't have the ability. I was trying to show the fallacy by extending the argument: If we are unable to resist, how can we be culpable. The one claiming that we shouldn't have resisted sin has yet to answer. I guess I am not very good at making my intentions plain. |

Hi again Bob: It would help in the future to post the name of who you are answering, to avoid confusion. I left off the refferance to Cor. 10:13 because you had already used it, if that was directed to me. Men in themselves do not have the ability to resist temptation, this only becomes true after salvation. God bless Nevvvvine |
