Hank asked me if I was saying That God made Jesus...I think the scripture I gave prooves that...and I can find more...Yes, Jesus as God is eternal...but Jesus was made in the flesh right? And the problem didn't come until Hank decided to be rude and instead of asking me...he just pointed his finger...Also, if I would not have been forced to find Scripture to back up my answers...I would have posted some that were more inline with what I had said originally...I didn't feel like I had a lot of time...I have reread all the answers I've given to people so far and, honestly, I don't see how they are offbase or nonChristian or without biblical basis...and, as I've said before....some of us will not agree about what a peticular verse means...that doesn't mean I won't give proof from now on...I feel like I should not even talk to any of you until I get chapters and verses ready first...If my answers were nearly correct...then I guess you have to proove to me with Scripture how I'm wrong...isn't that the rule here...So, please do that...help me see where I am wrong and misleading...I didn't just come here to try to help others but to possibly be helped myself..

Tremere123, If you are being totally candid and sincere about your statement"help me see where I am wrong and misleading...I didn't just come here to try to help others but to possibly be helped myself.." Let me offer some well-intentioned correction:God is eternal. He was not "created". Jesus Christ is the eternal Son of God. (John 1:1-3)As Jesus Himself said in John 8:58 "Most assuredly, I say to you, BEFORE Abraham was, I AM". We are dealing with a clear fact of scripture, not supposition! My sister, I would strongly encourage you to heed the wisdom of the more senior members of this Forum. They are on the right track.(Prov 12:1) Proverbs admonishes us to seek after wisdom in 4:7. Proverbs 18:15 says "The heart of the prudent acquires knowledge, And the ear of the wise seeks knowledge." I would add Proverbs 19:20 " Listen to counsel and receive instruction, That you may be wise in your latter days." Ignorance is simply a lack of knowledge! We are admonished to "Give instruction to a wise man, and he will be still wiser..."(Prov.9:9) Speaking the Truth In Love, BradK |

I just read this about Jesus, and I would like to say that I have been explaining Jesus' being for a long time to non believers who always want an explanation about how Jesus is God and is eternal. I feel that this is a clear but childish way, God (who is eternal, and was never created), looked down on the earth and seeing the distruction of our sinful ways, knew that he had planned our salvation, stepped off from his thrown to put a "flesh suit (being Jesus)" to show us that it is by the spirit that we live, he Jesus showed us that the flesh, bones and blood can be destroyed, but that by the Spirit we live. Jesus Praise God who is our savior and God, came down from his throne to show us the way. I have to boys, and they are me because I have givien life to them, they have my blood and the life that I have given them through birth (allthough it is God himself who has given me the privelege to give them life.) they are of me. Jesus is God because God has given him life to show us. I can't even fathom what the Glory of God is actually like. We have a hard time accepting the blood of Jesus, it's no wonder God himself did not come down we would of denied him for sure, But Praise God for his grace and mercy that he has given us the chance to accept our savior. I can't imagine my children denying me as their mother let alone us denying our Father and Savior. I am gratefull that the Lord has found favor in me to expose himself to my Spirit. God came down through our eternal savior Jesus. It is he himself that we have felt.
