Greetings Makarios! But, again we are arguing from what Scripture doesn't say, not what it says. ;-) Further, there is evidence that the gifts have continued down through the centuries. I have seen the gifts in evidence in my own life and the lives of many others as well. I prayed for a kid in youth camp who had broken his ankle, and God healed it on the spot. I was one of several who prayed for a blind boy in a revival service, and God healed him on the spot. I have also seen other gifts in evidence in my life. Your Brother in Christ, Tim Moran |

Hi Tim, One of my favorite stories from my church was when, after a Wed. night Bible study, a woman pushed her father in his wheelchair up to the front for prayer. Our pastor told us later that he really had no confidence that this guy was gonna get out of his chair and walk, but he decided to just ignore that, and be obedient to pray for the man. So he laid hands on him and prayed. The man, who had not been out of that chair for many years, according to his daughter (she said this later, after she had calmed down). Well, my pastor prayed, took his hand, and raised him to his feet, and he was strengthed to stand, and walk, and his daughter just flipped!
