Bible Question:
Been searching for this verse, I use the NASB. Basically it says, "Do not take up the offense of another." Meaning, if a friend or relative etc. has suffered an offense against them then we are not to be offened (per-say) toward that individual. Not that we should not advise but do not "take up for them." We all have a tendency to be critical or be offended when someone we care about has been. Please help, I know I have seen the verse before. Thanks, InGodITrust |
