Subject: A difficult question |
Bible Note: With respect, while that is true in one sense, when speaking to a skeptic it will do nothing for them. I am not talking about what does the bible say of its self. I know what Gods word says. But the point is not MY doubts, but those of an unbeliever. Some people need facts, and the bible is rife with them. Historical, geneological, chronological, and scientific. People today are force fed the FALSE belief that the bible is nothing but myths, stories, and made up fairy tales for ignorant, lazy, fools who think the earth is flat and it is the center of the universe. We as christians should definitly be at least introductionally aware of the historical origins of the bible in my opinion as it seems to be the basis of many arguments that we encounter. If only to allow us to get past the lies, and let the TRUTH shine beyond. I truly appreciate the comments all. God bless. And if you disagree I would greatly appreciate your criticisms. I am finding that am beginning to enjoy philosophy, theology, and debate. So please critique away :) In Christ, AMEN AND AMEN!!! COG88 |
