Subject: Hebrew language? |
Bible Note: Hi Mike, I'm aware of that site also (although I'm very happy it passed inspection by Hank, one whose opinion I highly prize) and it's about as accurate as others. As you study Hebrew, you'll find some call a Yod a Yud, a Kaf a Kuf, etc., nothing major. See if there is a Messianic Jewish fellowship in your area, they very often offer Hebrew lessons, and I would imagine delving into something like that would be a lot more fun, not to mention easier, with others. My Messianic fellowship is starting up Hebrew lessons in the next month or so and I'm soooo excited!! I, too, started trying to learn Hebrew on my own (it's absolutely amazing), but needless to say, once I got the letters down and their numerical values, I kinda got stuck, so really looking forward to the classes. Good luck from me too. :-) Cheri |
