Bible Question:
A few days ago I noticed a quite long thread that many in the Forum joined in on. The subject was self-pleasuring. I was amazed at the advice given by so many! Not to my amazment it seems to me that subjects that deal with moral issues, abortion, divorce, living together, and personal problems get what seems like too much attention. At times "keyboard psychologists" give advice that is not wise, and has no Biblical basis. My point is that I wish that some of the Bible based questions got as much response, and the threads were as long and wide in opinions. Why do you think this does not happen as much? |
Bible Answer: justme, I think some want to puff (the magic dragon and ON and ON) up. We need to be careful when giving any advice. Even with the Bible. It is best to direct then to wise Christian counsel, IMHO. To answer a Biblical question takes more thought ... and when one gives a solid answer, I usually don't add anything. It takes space on the site. Searcher |
