Subject: The second coming of Jesus |
Bible Note: Suede, and all others that think that the rapture has allready happened, Matthew 16:28 is refering to the transfiguration not the rapture. And where does everyone think that everything took place in 70 a.d.? Of the day and time no man knows, not even the angels in Heavan, only the father. Setting a date is rediculous. Matt.16:28, Mk.9:1., Lk.9:27., 2nd Peter 1:16., Mth., 17:1-9.,If Jesus has allready raptured the church , were all in big trouble, revelations would not be relevent or Acts and the massacure of 40,000 christians by the french cathlic church and by the Pope of rome would have been useless as a stand for faith by the christians. And as far as Jesus saying that he would be back in one generation is false. I can see why there are so many people confused, especially sinners, they dont know what to believe. I know of a church that teaches that if someone was divorced that they cant be saved. It doesnt matter what the church believes, its what the Bible says. Men have changed all the scriptures to fit what they believe. As a preacher and a evangelist I get tired sometimes trying to get the truth out to people who wont listen. Ive heard questions such as, how do I become saved, how do I become born again, how do I do this and that and believe me these questions came from church members.Isreal has to be taken into account in all because they will become our brothers and sisters in Christ.I read a lot from other ministers but I dont take what they say as truth untill I prove it with scripture. All 70 a.d. people dont be decieved by date setting ,its wrong. Im still awaiting the rapture but untill it comes Ill continue to seek out souls for Gods kingdom. Peace with Jesus |
