Subject: Is there any practical difference? |
Bible Note: Greetings Lionstrong! I think you are missing the whole point. We all pretty well know the theological arguments. I'm not saying that we shouldn't debate those, but someone specifically asked what difference does it make in real life. So, I thought that would be an interesting discussion. Joe just provided an example on another thread. He said that he doesn't tell anyone that God loves them (when evangelizing) because it might not be true. Now, I would say to everyone that God loves them. This is a practical difference. This is an example where Joe and I would live or do differently because of our theology. This is the kind of thing that I was looking for! It may be that there isn't much difference! But, it would be interesting to know. Now, as for the theology! You know me well enough to know that I am always willing to discuss that. ;-) But, if it is done on this thread, then Sir Pent will give you a ticket! :-) (Just not an IU ticket!)
