Subject: Passage may say some born cannot be save |
Bible Note: Hi Granny, The only Scriptures that I can think of where one was actually born predestined to receive God’s wrath are the verses referring to Jesus. Jesus was bore to suffer the wrath of God for our sins so that we may spend everlasting life with God. John 12:27 Now is my soul troubled; and what shall I say? Father, save me from this hour: but for this cause came I unto this hour. Romans 5:9 Much more then, being now justified by his blood, we shall be saved from wrath through him. You might be thinking of the following but I believe Doc pointed it out to you already? Romans 9:22 What if God, willing to shew his wrath, and to make his power known, endured with much longsuffering the vessels of wrath fitted to destruction: I know the frustration of not finding the exact Scripture to fit the mental thoughts. I sure hope you enjoy the forum though, CDBJ |
