Bible Note: Greetings Mrs. B! Excellent advice! And, welcome to the forum! While witnessing to cultists, or to anyone for that matter, may seem a futile task at times, we must remember the role of the Holy Spirit in all of this. Ultimately, it will not be our clever words which 'wins' a person, but the convicting power of the Holy Spirit. It is sort of like preaching! :-) I know that some of my worst sermons (in my view) had the most impact upon those who listened. Why? The Holy Spirit annoints and uses our words. Keep up the great work in ministering to those who need to hear the truth! Your Brother in Christ, Tim Moran |
