Bible Note: Hi Teddy, You're absolutely right about the Sabbath and the keeping of it holy. (I am a Sabbath observer.) I was actually referring to the statement in Heb 10:25 Not forsaking the assembling of ourselves together, as the manner of some is; but exhorting one another: and so much the more, as ye see the day approaching. Is that not a command? (I'm asking seriously.) I know it doesn't mean that you are to be with your group/church EVERY time they get together - life happens sometimes to keep you away. But isn't that a command not to try to stand alone? Still learning :-) (and making mistakes!!) Cheri |
