AMPLIFIED 2015 | Hebrews 1:2 has in these last days spoken [with finality] to us in [the person of One who is by His character and nature] His Son [namely Jesus], whom He appointed heir and lawful owner of all things, through whom also He created the universe [that is, the universe as a space-time-matter continuum]. |
Bible Question:
Hi, In the old testament days, God talked directly to Adam Eve, Abraham and perhaps a few more others but nowadays, He does!nt talk to us or make His voice audible- we have to discern. What causes the change in attitude of His?Is it because He is angry with us? If so, for what? Your comments, please. With Love in Christ FytRobert |
Bible Answer: Hebrews 7:22 Also this shows a better covenant of which Yeshua has become guarantor. Hebrews 8:6 But now the work Yeshua has been given to do is far superior to theirs, just as the covenant He mediates is better. Hebrews 10 16 " 'This is the covenant which I will make with them after those days,' says ADONAI: 'I will put my Torah(law) on their hearts, and write it on their minds...'" God is not mad at us, He did everything in the Old Covenant to bring about this better New Covenant. What the Old Testament saints would have given to have the Spirit of God in them leading them personally! God has not taken away what is better, but has provided what is better. Ask Him to show you this in your spirit. |
