I am of the opinion that Paul in Colossians speaks of Him as being the Head. Colossians 1:18 Ray's version: "He is also Head of the body, the church; and He is the Beginning, the firstborn of the dead, so that He (Himself) will come to have first place in everything."NASB (Parenthesis and added caps mine) Colossians 2:10,"...and in Him you have been made complete, and He is the Head over all rule and authority;..."
