AMPLIFIED 2015 | Philippians 4:8 ¶ Finally, believers, whatever is true, whatever is honorable and worthy of respect, whatever is right and confirmed by God's word, whatever is pure and wholesome, whatever is lovely and brings peace, whatever is admirable and of good repute; if there is any excellence, if there is anything worthy of praise, think continually on these things [center your mind on them, and implant them in your heart]. |
Bible Question:
I have a friend who's husband is in the military. She recently went to a bible study about how the devil tries to come against us and bring us away from God. One of the topics was pornogrophy. She said that those who have husbands in the military should not be sending nude pictures of yourself. My husband is not in the military and I could not imagine being away from him for six months!! let alone not "being with him" I don't see what is wrong with looking at your own wife naked. (This could lead to other pictures of naked women? such as magazines?) I really don't have an answer she just asked me what I thought! Any opinions?? |
Bible Answer: Hi Raychel, I really don't think that it's wrong. The fact that it's a picture of the spouse, what's the problem? The fact is ,is that if the spouse was there, then they would see each other naked everyday! In Gen. 2:23 it says, therefore shall a man leave his father and mother, and shall cleave unto his wife: and they shall be one. The fact they are only looking a naked picture of the spouse, and not another person, then it's ok! In the Father's Love, Serenetime |
