AMPLIFIED 2015 | Philippians 4:8 ¶ Finally, believers, whatever is true, whatever is honorable and worthy of respect, whatever is right and confirmed by God's word, whatever is pure and wholesome, whatever is lovely and brings peace, whatever is admirable and of good repute; if there is any excellence, if there is anything worthy of praise, think continually on these things [center your mind on them, and implant them in your heart]. |
Bible Question (short): What do you say? |
Question (full): What do we say to a question that begins with talking about rape and ends with the word suicide? I don't know because that is not my expertise. I only know that the situation can not be ignored and help must be sought from any source dealing with crisis. I think that when one is depressed because of an experience of violence like rape, and feels anger toward God, feeling unloved, helpless, and useless, then one needs to seek professional help outside of the realm of something like this forum. I mean to say that it will require much time and effort outside of this web site. But if one can keep the mind on good things, then he/she can make it through it all. From the heart, Ray |
