Bible Note: Steve, Is your thoughts, words and deeds your faith? As a man thinks in his heart so is he... Guard your heart with all diligence, for out of it are the issues of life Be a doer of the word and not just a hearer only deceiving your own selves Do these scriptures not reveal to you that you are not a robot, and neither is God. Is mankind made in God's image? Able to think, speak and do? What is faith in your definition? How do you get there from where you are? Is your mind outside the loop? Is your words outside the loop? Are your deeds outside the loop of what faith is? Is faith a woo-woo- mystical thing no one can pin point? How can you have faith without thoughts, words and deeds? Faith without works is dead! God's word without corresponding action is dead! corresponding action is not specifically in that verse but what is works if it is not corresponding action to what God has said? The first sentence, agrees with the second, in the same light of cognitive understanding. Always in Christ, C.S.M. |
