Subject: Is habitualy working out acceptable? |
Bible Note: I thoroughly enjoy working out, i do it when i can, i'd say maybe 3-4 days a week max 2.5 hours. Plus i get to play pick up basketball with others which I also thoroughly enjoy. The reason I ask this question is because i feel like my conscience is telling me I'm loving something else other than the Lord. But my thoughts to that are that I might be going too far with questioning my motives. It seems as though everything that i begin to enjoy on this earth, things other than praying, reading the bible, and going to church, brings that same sense of guilt. I think about all this and I reason within myself that this is not of God, but I continue to have it though I continue to fight it. It's either the devil trying to make me miserable, or on the other hand its the Lord letting me know something...whats your opinion? |
