Bible Question: Why is there such opposition God wanting to heal His people? I'm baffeled at the number of people who believe this. |
Bible Answer: Dear Jesified, Please continue to trust what the Word of God says. There are many that will try to dissuade you because they know someone who did not receive healing. You should never base your theology on someone elses success or failure. You don't know what was in that person's heart and why they didn't receive. Many people have faith in God's ability to heal but they doubt His willingness to heal. There are many scriptures which show that God wants us well and prosperous but well meaning Christians will kill you if you trust their word more than the Word of God. Read Exodus 15:26, Psalm 103:3, Psalm 107:20, Isaiah 53:4-5, Matthew 18:17, Mark 16:18, James 5:15 just to name a few. Faith begins where the will of God is known. When we speak God's Words and think God's thoughts, we will experience God's Will. Remember above all else that God is love and keep trusting Him. |
