AMPLIFIED 2015 | 1 Corinthians 6:11 And such were some of you [before you believed]. But you were washed [by the atoning sacrifice of Christ], you were sanctified [set apart for God, and made holy], you were justified [declared free of guilt] in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ and in the [Holy] Spirit of our God [the source of the believer's new life and changed behavior]. |

Bible Note: Greetings Bammer and welcome to the forum. As long as we still remain in these bodies we will sin. The fact of the matter is we as believers in Jesus don't practice sin but if it happens that we sin we have 1 John 1:9 (KJV) 9 If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness. When we do sin it puts us out of fellowship with the Holy Spirit but 1 John 1;9 put us back in fellowship if we name that sin to God. I hope you enjoy the forum, CDBJ |
