Subject: Ez. 13:20 and the Rapture? |
Bible Note: Greetings Casiv! Assuming you are correct about the meaning of Ez. 13:20, where does the verse say that the souls will be taught to fly? The KJV says that they will be made to fly. The context of the passage is very clear. False prophetess were selling magical charms to the Isralites, promising them safety when there was none. Thus, they had ensnared people like birds, but God would set them free. I honestly don't see that this has anything to do with being caught up into the clouds by Jesus as described in 1 Thess. 4:13-18. Your Brother in Christ, Tim Moran |
