Bible Note: Here is a general rosponce to the last couple. It is NEVER a new revelation of scripture. I appologize, but I was only attempting to relate how my experience aligned with scripture and how I have seen God's word experienced in my life! Also, the gifts (or gift) is not mine, it is for the Church, for its edification, exortation and conmfort. It is the Holy Spirit speaking the Living Word (Christ) through a man (prophet) to His people. It is nothing new. Sometimes a prophesy will confirm through the Word the message a pastor is about to preach on. Paul even said when he preached it was accompanied by miracles signs and wonders. These are not new revelations, they confirm God's word ONLY! Perhaps you don't believe it important for God to confirm His word, but this is the example all throughout scripture, what makes you think He would stop confirming His Word? In Love Mike |
