Bible Question:
Thanks! Where (online) can I study more about manuscripts? |
Bible Answer: Greetings PJG! On the web, I would do a search using the words 'textual criticism greek'. One site I found is: http://www.ntgateway.com/resource/textcrit.htm I haven't read it all, but it looks like a good site. If you have access to a good Christian bookstore, I would recommend the following books. a) Harold Greenlee, "Introduction to New Testament Textual Criticism", Wm.B. Eerdmans Publishing Co. b) Bruce Manning Metzger, "The Text of the New Testament", Oxford University Press. There are both good introductory texts about textual criticism. I hope this helps!
