Bible Note: Hi djconklin, The definition came from Webster's New Word College Dictionary, fourth edition. I wondered about your TDNT dictionary. I would understand that that is an acrostic for TynDale New Testament. That Interlinear version does indeed have the order (Christ Jesus) that the NASB has. If TDNT does indeed stand for Tyndale New Testament, I as a "capitalist" find that very confusing. :) I hope that you and Ed can keep your ongoing debate today on other matters and scriptures out of our converstion about Romans 1:1. |
