Bible Question: I was wondering if anyone had any input on the meaning of the first Jewish believers in Jesus being called "the Way?"

I have had my opinion in the past and I have just heard a new one that sounds even better, but I'd like confirmation.

I thought I would through this out here and see if any one confirms my thinking.

i prefer singer Twila Paris (DD - meaning she has a Doctorate degree in Divinity, the highest achievable university title in detailed Bible Studies) to Hillsong music because she carries across spirit messages better for me to seek meditation on Bible in awe--- psalm one--- and she is deep into Scripture in her lyrics---song words. i listen to Paris unendingly every day as i soak to saturation the NASB, the AmpB, the NKJV, the KJV, the NIV, the TNIV(despite its www controversy i like the suggestions in connotations of this hypermodern version), the NCV, the CEV, the Extreme New Testmt, and the New English Bible.

being psychotic i cannot exert in ministry much.
the failure of my charismatic elders to understand this common sense is appalling, isnt it. at the moment Bible study and Praise and Worship via DVD alone is my top priority.

to understand Jesus even slightly in a holistic full sense through the Bible you all, need mighty effort, though Jesus understands all. i dont agree that just --one Bible with God around does it all-- a popular piece of getting started advice ----worship in Spirit and Truth, with all your Being Luke and John.

i have read she- T Paris is a Baptist who believes Jesus not only is THE way to God, but he is ALL WAYS to God

however, i buy hillsong every year because it helps me relate to less talented musicians who serve God well.

one of my B-P church elders says that when the Amplified B translates in amplified form, you should see everything as overlapping spillover possibilities of Gospel truth, rather than total truth everywhere on the page. this is not philosophy. Think that through.

i also like Christian teenage band Jump 5, who though not deep into Bible training, is full of spiritually encouraging and uplifting songs. Jump 5 won a WOW Hits award for Spinning Around, a song i think means that God loves keep you on your feet busy with His business, like a toy top

to my joy, now Christian Revival with joyous thoughtful mourning with the Spirit, sweeps my whole being night and day. My psychiatrist---see my other answer—has his own ideas and calls it bipolar disorder depression, or extreme swings of mood. My junior leaders, impressed by my prophetic gift have suggested I break off and form my own church with friends and them. One suggested interfaith fashion with Mormons too. I am now going to seek my local charismatic pastors favour as last straw. Jesus is mine and I am his, his banner over me is love.

For application, consider how Michael Peter Fay, a Christian who signed the cross b4 TV as Witnessing when convicted of vandalism who I see as not that serious a gone case and spiritual failure as Hill was at one point, or Diego Maradona who started his own football church, could benefit from your evangelism if they were in contact with you, considering Steve Hill. Persevere in prayer. Woe to oppressive dictators.
