Subject: Show me scripture that says we can sin |
Bible Note: In no way would I even think to say there is no need for repentence. If and when we sin we must humble ourselves and beg for forgiveness. Each time we sin it is like putting our savior back on the cross. Which means he did not go through that for nothing. He did it so that we might be saved. He took the first step and now it is up to us if we are going to make it or not. Several psalms and even the Lords Prayer ask God for forgiveness. Repentance is part of spiritual growth. Think about it when you repent you are recognizing that you have made a mistake and have sinned. If you 9or anyone) is sincere you would make an effort not to commit that sin again. But God is so good that if you do you will be forgiven. But just because you are forgiven does not mean you will not be punished for your sins. Sin is a choice we make. We will never be perfect or with out sin, but our mission in life in to keep trying to get it right. |
