I have tasted of the most high and I know Gods right where I left him, but I cant seem to give my life back to him!! I want to but dont know how. Jesus said he was married to the back slider! HOW DO YOU JUST LET GOD? I want to but some times I fill like its in vain! I miss my alone time with him! Have you ever been so close to God that You could fell him, smell him, even taste his presence? I have and I know there is no no happiness for me until Im back in his presence! I need your prayers and most of all I need a word from God! I need him. |
Bible Answer: Greetings needinghim, The answer to your question, for starters, is found in I John 1:9. I think everything that you have mentioned in your post should be directed towards the Lord, tell Him! 1 John 1:9 If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness. You not only have to believe in God but you have to believe God, i.e. what He tells you in His Word. Start with a rigorous schedule of reading God’s Word, and I would suggest that you begin in the gospel of John and read through Revelation. Before reading each time you must exercise I John 1:9, plus ask God to give you wisdom and tell Him that you want His will for your life. Let Him do the leading; things will start to happen and before long, with the knowledge of His word, the Bible, you will be where He wants you. God knew in eternity past that you were going to fall on your face and He made provision for you and your problem even before you were born but you “must admit to Him” your condition and own up to it. STUDY, STUDY, STUDY!!!! Hebrews 4:16 Let us therefore come boldly unto the throne of grace, that we may obtain mercy, and find grace to help in time of need. Where there is life there is hope and the Lord isn’t through with you yet or you wouldn’t be here and you will recover the wiser for it! Have a great day, CDBJ |
