Subject: Who are "the least of these?" |
Bible Note: Isn’t it true that Abraham was a gentile before he became a Jew? God knew how he was going to “save the gentiles” and as a result He preached that message to Abraham while he was still a gentile, before he became a Hebrew or a Jew. Galatians 3:8 And the Scripture, foreseeing that God would justify the Gentiles "by faith", preached the gospel beforehand to Abraham, saying, "ALL THE NATIONS SHALL BE BLESSED IN YOU." Abraham responded by believing what God told him and as a result it was credited to him for righteousness before he was a Jew. Romans 4:3 For what does the Scripture say? "AND ABRAHAM BELIEVED GOD, AND IT WAS RECKONED TO HIM AS RIGHTEOUSNESS." CDBJ |
