AMPLIFIED 2015 | Matthew 18:6 but whoever causes one of these little ones who believe in Me to stumble and sin [by leading him away from My teaching], it would be better for him to have a heavy millstone [as large as one turned by a donkey] hung around his neck and to be drowned in the depth of the sea. [Mark 9:42; Luke 17:2] |

Bible Note: owade, Blessed be the Lord our God who keeps His children in His protective hands! Blessed be the Lord for deliverance from sin! Blessed be the Lord our God who created each one of us in accordance with His will! Thanks for the input. I've done some forum searching and have heard (read) from both sides of the table. I'm taking time to let it "soak in". As the Searcher wrote once "I wish God would have just said it clearly." (Maybe not exact words. Forgive me Searcher if not.) There are a couple of questions that have come to mind. I have searched for an answer for the first one but saw no postings on it in the forum. It goes like this: If a child is saved because the parents are saved and are raising the child in the word and spirit of God, Is the child saved if the parents are not saved but the grandparent(s) is? For example I read the BIBLE and tell stories of Jesus to my grandchildren, and, have sung hymns and praises to our Father to them. Are they unsaved because the parent is? The other question is; Are we born with knowledge of God our creator? You don't have to answer that one, I will search the forum. I don't like to waste space nor other's time here on the forum. Well, I have just been given another week long project at the office. Man! I was active here for about three whole days! Now it's back to the grind stone. I will check in tomorrow though. God bless you! Cyclist I will bless the Lord at all times! His praise shall continually be in mouth! |
