When I was looking at what others had to say about it, there might have been some who worked all that out. I don't recall precisely. Some things I think are worth the energy and time to delineate every jot and tittle. Other things are just simple, wasteful disputations. There are times that warrant throwing oneself on a sword -- things that have to do with sound doctrine or exegetical trivium -- but other things simply can't justify our time.
