Bible Note: Mommapbs I believe many will disagree with this but let them show you scripture to prove their point. The rightly or wrongly the pastor has set down the rules. Now are you under subjection to him or not. If not then what are you doing at that church? Find out where God wants you and get there. If your sure God wants you at that church then follow the Pastor’s rules. Hebrews 13:17 Obey those who rule over you, and be submissive, for they watch out for your souls, as those who must give account. Let them do so with joy and not with grief, for that would be unprofitable for you. Notice it says the Pastor must give an account, you can’t answer for him nor can anyone on this forum, if God lead him to make such a rule then it is for you to obey. If God didn’t lead him to make such a rule then it is for him to explain his action to God for why forced such a rule on you. All you need to decide is this man your God given shepherd or not.
