Bible Question: Is the automobile being prophesied about in this verse? |
Bible Answer: Nolan, while the prophet Nahum very likely confined his remarks to the mass confusion that existed in Nineveh, it is tempting to see the automobile in his descriptive words. In my neck of the woods, they certainly "dash to and fro like lightning flashes" and like lightning often does, they strike other objects with devastating and often fatal force. --Hank |
