Bible Question:
I have three questions: 1. Where did the OT saints go when they died? 2. Who will be at the Millenium - all the saints or just those who go through the tribulation? 3. When sinners die now, do they go straight to hell? Thanks! |
Bible Answer: I did not answer #2. Who will be at the Millenium. But this is my understanding and belief. The Word says that those who came through the tribulation who were martyrs and those who did not except the mark of the beast. (those who had not been raptured) The Church (those who have died in Christ and those remain alive) will have been caught up to meet Him in the air before the tribulation. Therefore all of the saints will live under the reign of the Lord during the Millenium. Rev 20 4 I saw thrones on which were seated those who had been given authority to judge. And I saw the souls of those who had been beheaded because of their testimony for Jesus and because of the word of God. They had not worshiped the beast or his image and had not received his mark on their foreheads or their hands. They came to life and reigned with Christ a thousand years. 5 (The rest of the dead did not come to life until the thousand years were ended.) This is the first resurrection. 6 Blessed and holy are those who have part in the first resurrection. The second death has no power over them, but they will be priests of God and of Christ and will reign with him for a thousand years. There are many beliefs on this passage, but I have given you mine here. - khuck |
