Bible Note: Sorry, had to step away for a second. About the second part of your question: what part did God not say? Answer: none, He said it all, just not directly. God used several authors to interpret His will in the Old Testament. Some say that the New Testament isn't God's Word. But how can one say this when the New Testament is a biography of God the Flesh? So, the whole of the Bible is from God. No, He didn't say, "Paul, write this down, 'Jesus wept'." What He did do was reveal Himself to the authors so that the rest of the world may know Him. As you study the Word, ask your pastor or a mature Christian about the portions that you do not understand. This forum is a good place to ask as well. Also, research the internet as other websites exist that provide bible studies online. Just remember, even the most mature Christians are discovering new truths as they read and study the Word. |
