Bible Note: Hank Why would my post strike you a bit odd? I'm the one who finds it a bit odd that you are responding to me! Don't you think that tomm is capable of speaking for himself? What kind of background do I need? It's quite clear to see that some of "these forum users" are one sided (they're side). Jesus had no problems with sinner's, only with the Pharisees and religious leaders, they tested Jesus to the point of death. What tomm does is up to him, I believe if a person says something they should be ready back up their belief, or they shouldn't say anything at all. Everything I have posted I back up, but do you ever see me running to others to back me up? Even if they're wasn't anyone who believed as I do, I don't need no pat on the back and I'm not going to cry on someone shoulder. I'm not trying to be some hard head here but what makes "these others" believe that they are so correct, or have the "authority" to be right ALL the time? Yes, for once you have said a mouth full, we should take stock of what we say on this forum, because people need to hear the truth, God is well able to move on His people request and respond for healing, deliverance, break throughs and whatever situation they maybe in, without sending them to get their answer from the world's resource's. It's time that we "stand" up and begin to see the Hand of God move. God didn't call me out of the world to fight amoung my brother's, I did that in the world. We should be an extension of God's hand, reaching out to a dying world, snatching back from the enemy's camp God's people who are held prisoners there, comforting the wounded as they return, instead of shooting them. "My message and my preaching were not with wise and persuasive words, but with a demonstration of the Spirit's power, so that your faith might not rest on men's wisdom, but on God's power." 1Cor.2:4-5 God bless |
