Bible Question:
Isaiah 41:17, The afflicted and needy are seeking water, but there is none, And their tongue is parched with thirst; I, the Lord, will answer them *Myself, As the God of Israel (I) will not forsake them." Will the Lord answer them "Himself" by the use of rivers, springs, pools, and fountains of water? From the heart, Ray |
Bible Answer: I think I'm misunderstanding your question. However, think of the verse of scripture, only the Lord can provide water, unless he moves someone to bring a glass or jug of water to a needy person. But provide a body or volume of water, only he alone can. Spiritual--Christ the living water. The afflicted and needy seek water. See John 4:10 and John 7:38-39. The Lord bless you. |
