Bible Note: The question was on Paul...Not Moses... This is a nice exposition but has nothing to do with the eloquence of Paul. Why not just say that many Bible teachers say stupid, unfouded, unsubstantiated things. :) The fact is that the teacher mentioned does not know. He may have heard it on TBN late some night. The fact that Paul was educated does not mean that he was eloquent. You may want to look up the definition. You have also directly quoted from a source without giving credit to the source.
