Subject: Did Moses seen God face to face? |
Bible Note: I am sure retxar is right. God the Father is referred to as invisible and Jesus is His image. In the Old Testament, what was seen was the preincarnate Son of God as "the angel of the Lord". Col 1:15 Who is the image of the invisible God, the firstborn of every creature: Gen 16:10 Moreover, the angel of the LORD said to her, "I will greatly multiply your descendants so that they will be too many to count." Gen 16:13 Then she called the name of the LORD who spoke to her, "You are a God who sees "; for she said, "Have I even remained alive here after seeing Him?" Like retxar says, Jesus is God and He always has been, even before He was known to us as Jesus. Rejoice in the Lord, Bob |
