Bible Question:
I am dissappointed in your answer to my question, I thought that if someone asked a question that someone would answer it not redirect them to another location. If you know the answer than answer it dont send me to someplace else to try to look for it. Im pretty sure that by redirecting people that you have made a lot of people leave this site. Now I'll ask again as simply as possible and this time I want an answer not a redirection or a question directed at me. Are there verses in the bible that clearly state that oral sex is wrong? I mean actually verses not someones opinion. I want to have verses to look up on this, and be able to understand the menaing. |
Bible Answer: Shalom Faith..., I have read and re-read numerous times the Books of Moses and I cannot recall oral sex being mentioned in and of itself. I can offer this thought - oral sex is actually much more intimate than intercourse so it's got to be on the same lines with sexual intercourse and the Bible leaves no room for questions about that being sin outside of marriage. Now, the fact that you are still in high school and your "boy"friend is just that - a friend and not your husband you should not be trying to split hairs on God's commandments, trying to figure out what you can "get away with" with God. Enjoy your years of dating - kiss lightly, hold hands, hug - and leave thoughts of sex to one word "NO" and you'll be blessed. God will bless you with a wonderful husband someday. Until then, enjoy your years that belong to your youth - you'll grow up soon enough. I know this wasn't the answer you were seeking - but I'm talking to you as a mom to her beloved daughter. Receive it as such. Cheri |
