Subject: What the scripture say about morality? |
Bible Note: Makarios, Amen, bro! Is the Law sin? Certainly not! It is indeed holy, righteous, and good (a reflection of the perfection of God). And it is certainly necessary to bring sinners to a knowledge that they are dead and require a Savior. As you have rightly stated, the sinful flesh uses the Law to cause us to sin. This is why Christians must not try to live under the Law. If we do, we will certainly be walking in the flesh. Thankfully, God has placed us under a higher law - the law of love - and He fulfills the righteous requirements through us! What a wonderful salvation we enjoy! Thanks for the correspondence, bro!
