Bible Question (short): Resurrection Egg w/gospel Scriptural?

Question (full): Should we mix cultural and spiritual concepts as one to relate to others and teach the gospel? I"m struggling with resurrection eggs. It seems as though we are trying to relate in a polluted way...as if we are trying to reach the masses on their terms rather than God's Truth alone. Should we try any means necessary to relate His Truth? My church had a sign in the foyer from the childrens ministry reading 'The Easter Egg tells the Resurrection Story' It is 12 eggs with a bible verse and symbol of the verse in the egg. FamilyLife, the fabricator of the egg, uses Acts 17:23 as a parallel...I see it as a contrast. Paul would've never used the idol and mix it with the gospel, only as a way to point out their error and show them the Truth. Please help...I'm torn. 2Timothy 4:2-5 speaks about itching ears and church's following other doctrines...are we altering the True doctrine or am I uneasy for nothing?
