Question (full): my question, explain the Friday crucification and the Sunday resurrection day....the most I can get out of it is 2nights and 1 day....but Jesus told the pharisees when they demanded a sign from Him that none would be given but the sign of Jonah...as Jonah was 3 night and 3 days in the belly of fish so shall the Son of Man....I have been explained from the Jewish traditions(traditions of men I might add) about the different ways they calculated sunrise,sunsets and days...but I think Jesus knew what a day and night was when he made that statement(after all he created night and day) God Bless. |
