AMPLIFIED 2015 | Genesis 6:4 There were Nephilim (men of stature, notorious men) on the earth in those days--and also afterward--when the sons of God lived with the daughters of men, and they gave birth to their children. These were the mighty men who were of old, men of renown (great reputation, fame). [Num 13:33] |
Subject: Who were the "sons of God" in Gen 6:4? |
Bible Note: I looked up in the dictionary to find out who the Nephilim were. It states they were of the tribe of the Canaanitish. And were widely honored and acclaimed in the world. I supposed the sons of God were the descendants of Christ. For Christ had a Kingdom somewhere. As for the birth of Christ, Im stating a biblical fact. He was created the same way that babies are created. And Adam did not become a living person until God breathed into it the breath of life. |
