AMPLIFIED 2015 | Genesis 4:14 "Behold, You have driven me out this day from the face of the land; and from Your face (presence) I will be hidden, and I will be a fugitive and an [aimless] vagabond on the earth, and whoever finds me will kill me." |
Bible Question: "whoever" finds me will kill me. Who are these other people? I thought at that time there was only Adam, Eve and Cain. |
Bible Answer: You seriously don't believe Eve was the only woman in existance until Noah's wife right? Adam and Eve had other children beside Seth, Cain, and Abel. There had to at least have been 2 daughters .. one for Cain and one for Seth. Also given how long lives were at that point, its not a huge leap of logic to assume that Cain is referring to his kindred that might find him. Jesusman. |
