Subject: Why have kids when... |
Bible Note: Sickness, death, etc, don't eternally separate you to eternal hellfire. Right? The question was not what if...But why would. If you believe that everything that happens is the will of God, You MUST conclude that your eternal destiny is also preset and prearranged by God. With NO possibility of altering it. I love children. If I believed that God might send one of my kids to hell, I'd NEVER have them. My point is, I don't think that anyone has ever thought their doctrine through to it's logical conclusion. It would be playing russian rulet with a life. In connection with that, It doesn't seem really consistent. I mean, it's like saying..."Uncle Bob died of a heart attack. The Lord took him home. And at the same time beginning an exercise program to ensure that we aren't overweight and die that way too." Which is it? God's will or the fact that uncle Bob weight 300 lbs? |
