The Isrealites in the OT days were required to give animal sacrifices to the Lord. When Jesus Christ was crucified He became the perfect sacrifice and put an end to the need to sacrifice the animals. However, the Jewish religion believes that Jesus was not the Son of God, that He was just a prophet. Since they, therefore, are still under the OT laws why do they not offer sacrifices for their sins today? | ||||||
